店內的用餐區有兩個區塊,所以整體環境是舒適寬敞的。然而,餐廳
後方的這個用餐區很像young小時候陪著阿嬤煮飯 “灶腳”(台語),看著

因為是客家口味所以酸菜的酸度及肉的鹹度偏高一些,對重口味的
朋友來說應該是相當美味,對young一家來說也在合胃口的程度,所
以是好吃的一道料理 !!

經過熱炒後的過貓在上面打了一顆蛋(忘記拍了 …),拌一拌後口感更是
滑順,好吃沒話說,讚 ~

這道菜就很家常了,菜脯的鹹味剛剛好,蛋也煎到剛熟的程度,
吃起來香嫩中帶有菜脯的脆,配飯吃相當對味。

餅乾是一般常吃到的菜脯餅這我就不多說了,烏梅蜜餞則是老婆跟
長輩的最愛,但其中最讓大家讚嘆的就是抹茶口味的客家麻糬了,
抹茶香搭配花生香,超美味超合拍的啦,軟Q軟Q的口感更是瞬間
擄獲我們一行人的心,超讚超讚!

接著倒入熱呼呼的擂茶,如此便是完成品 !!

有別於一般市售的沖泡包,自然的茶葉加上五穀粉磨的香氣,果然是
新鮮的最好。現磨的擂茶風味一絕,好口味一試不假,來北埔一遊
真的值得大家動手做親口嚐。
