之前就一直看到不少好友分享位於南投魚池鄉的這家 <蠻荒咖啡>，這次利用平日的假期來訪，一方面是想好好放鬆一下，另一方面則是想避開人潮。
<蠻荒咖啡>的設計在南投山區這氣候變化較大的地區來說，算是相當大膽新穎，四面玻璃帷幕採光，光看也知道非常舒適。
店內店外都有亮點可拍，也難怪能吸引許多網紅網美來朝聖。
其中最為人津津樂道的就是店內的這個透明階梯，搭配山林美景一同入鏡，真的有如來訪仙境般的感受，只能說業者腦筋動得快，有人氣就有錢氣啊~~
而且還不僅有餐點可點，另外還有咖啡豆及周邊的相關產品可選購，也算是採多角化模式經營。
至於餐點的部分，當天我們都是點甜點，而且一口氣點了五六種，口味是都不錯，但種類太多，餐點名稱我一時也記不了，所以以下照片大家就先”視食”就好。
總體來說，<蠻荒咖啡>的環境跟甜點咖啡的水準還不錯，價格也是合理，加上日月潭風景區就在一旁，若以旅遊行程安排來看，<蠻荒咖啡>確實很適合當成行程中的休息小站，總之，高人氣名店無須我再多言，大家有機會就來朝聖一番吧 !!
