就進入用餐啦 ~

看過菜單跟套餐後,我們決定用單點的方式點餐 !!

我們一家不喝酒所以改點了檸檬紅茶跟芒果汁來喝 …..

食材首先上桌的是”豬肉拼盤”,是松阪豬肉、梅花豬、豬五花加上豬腸
組合而成的拼盤 !!

接著上桌的是牛五花,以及牛角燒肉甜食類的招牌 – 黑糖地瓜 !!

另外還有起司雞腿及帶骨香腸 !!

最後則是炙燒雞腿跟鹽醬花枝 !!
(牛角日式炭火燒肉店的每道食材有燒烤醬、鹽醬及味噌醬可選擇喔 ~)

食材上烤盤前服務人員還會來將烤盤上油避免肉片沾粘在烤盤上,
這細節有”牛角”注意到喔 ~

燒烤的過程中趕緊準備沾醬 !! 而我選擇的是燒烤醬加些許的檸檬汁 ~

雞腿肉燒烤至表面略有上色後服務人員便會主動來做桌邊服務 …..

剪成小塊狀的雞腿肉便可”側身”燒烤,如此可縮減燒烤時間且雞肉
內部也較易熟透,最重要的是肉質不會變老柴喔 ~~

嗯、果然鮮嫩好味啊 ~ 原本就有醃過的雞腿肉其實大可不必再沾醬吃,
但我的燒烤醬中有加入檸檬汁所以沾來吃反而變的酸酸甜甜,而且檸檬
可去油膩,就算吃多了也不會有油膩感喔 ~

這帶骨香腸吃起來就是德式香腸的口感,所以我想大家應該都知道吧

只要烤的火候控制的好,肉類吃起來其實都很嫩,但那豬腸我跟
老婆都不推薦,因為太有咬勁了,很像在吃口香糖啊 …..

會加點這份餐食其實是為了我女兒。不知怎麼搞的女兒近期特愛吃豬肉
而牛肉反而不愛吃,所以加點的這份拼盤是給她”塞嘴縫”的啦 ~

對了,都忘了說桌子旁邊有可以控制火候的開關 !!
牛角雖是日式炭火的燒肉方式但炭火下方其實有爐火,是用來加快
燒烤速度的,”呷賣戶”(台語)的客人可利用喔 ~~

來燒肉店就是大口吃肉才澎湃,所以我們一家都算是”肉控”吧 ~

據服務人員告知這道燒烤甜食是”日本進口”的喔。焦糖色的外衣.薄脆 !!
綿密的地瓜.香甜 !! 真的超級好吃,必點必點啦 ~~

牛角招牌冰淇淋(黃豆粉) !! 這道甜點也是由日本傳過來的,據說,日
本人吃冰淇淋都愛加黃豆粉 … !! 香草冰淇淋淋上黑糖漿吃起來應該是
甜死人的一道甜點,不過加了黃豆粉後甜味似乎就被吸收掉了 …..
是頗具特色的一道甜點喔 ~~

雖然好吃,不過泡芙烤過後變的有點硬,是必須用力咀嚼才行的甜點 …

吃完甜點後我們這餐也告一段落了,結帳時才知道這一餐還真不便宜
,雖然荷包裡的”摳摳”是足夠的,但我還是用刷卡的好了 ….. !!

來至日本的牛角日式炭火燒肉其美味確實有他獨到之處,新鮮的食材
加上優質的服務確實讓人想再訪啊。但美中不足之處大概就是春節沒
有吃到飽服務 (某些分店假日不提供吃到飽喔,詳情請點下方官網 !! )
,不然我們應該會吃的更盡興才對 …..
